Captain Timothy Ashe
Captain Tim, a USCG Licensed 50 Ton Master with STCW endorsement, has over 25 years of sailing experience across the Atlantic and along the U.S. East Coast from Miami to Boston. He has spent more than ten years in the Caribbean, sailing from the USVI/BVI to the Exumas, Leeward and Windward Islands, and beyond. His journeys also include the north coast of Colombia, the San Blas Islands, Bocas Del Toro, and passage through the Panama Canal. For 15 years, he has served as a broker/dealer for Tartan Yachts. Captain Tim takes great joy in helping clients discover new destinations, whether on short or long voyages. Let him guide you on your own adventure.
Captain Shane Toms
Meet Captain Shane, a seasoned mariner with a 100-ton Master USCG license. His sailing journey began at the age of 8, leading him to compete for North Carolina State University, where he proudly became a three-time collegiate sailing champion. After spending over eight years in the US Virgin Islands, Shane has embraced the island life while also sharing his passion for the sea as a SCUBA instructor. Alongside his wife, who also holds a 100-ton master captain license, he enjoys traveling during the off-season, exploring new horizons together.

With a decade of experience aboard Meow, Jon has established himself as both a talented chef and a skilled crewman. Growing up in a family where cooking was a cherished tradition, he learned the art of creating delicious meals from his mother. Today, Jon brings those invaluable skills to the galley, crafting innovative recipes that delight everyone on board.
As a dedicated crew member of the sailboat, Jon combines his culinary flair with a passion for sailing, ensuring not only a memorable dining experience but also a well-run vessel. His commitment to excellence and love for cooking make each voyage a culinary adventure.
